Service scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are finalized before project initiation.
3. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed billing schedule
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay
- Quantara Software Solutions does not store or process sensitive payment details
- Prices may be billed as one-time payments or recurring monthly charges depending on the service
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or delay of services.
4. Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds are considered only if work has not yet started
- Once a project or service has been initiated, payments are non-refundable
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensure that provided content does not violate any third-party rights or laws
Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of response may affect project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property developed during a project remains the property of Quantara Software Solutions until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Quantara Software Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by agreement
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, technical, and business information shared during the course of the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quantara Software Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party services, hosting providers, or external integrations
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms & Conditions are violated
- Payments are delayed or not completed
- Misuse or unlawful activity is identified
11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
